Rumor has it that self-proclaimed New Orleans publishing Maverick, J.F. Collins, approved the funding with a belligerent – “Five up!” - during a momentary lapse of sobriety in the Greek islands, where he’s been languishing on Ouzo and stuffed grape leaves in a Yugoslavian FEMA trailer since early September.
